When will I get my products? 

  • Our standard shipping takes 1-3 business days to process your order and 2-5 business days for shipping.  We do our best to expedite and often you will receive the product much sooner, however, any unforeseen issues or problems with the currier or logistics outside of our control may delay your order, but in this case we do everything in our power to get it to you as soon as possible. 
  • We do not guarantee shipping timeframes. There can be unforeseen issues outside of our control. Because of this, we only offer refunds for items lost in transit after 60 days from your date of purchase.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if they have been confirmed delivered by USPS. 

Is my information and payment method secure? 

  • Our store is built and payments are processed on the Bigcartel platform. We accept PayPal and most major credit cards. They have the most state of the art technology built in to keep your information safe. Your security is our #1 priority, so we take it a step further. You can shop safely on our site knowing you are protected.  

How do I track my order? 

  • You will receive order confirmation email, and then once your order has been processed, fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a tracking email with specific tracking for your order.  
  • Please note it can take a minute for the tracking number to sync with your package, so if it does not show right away, don't worry!  

How much is shipping? 

  • US based orders are a flat $3.95. May vary.

Do you accept returns? 

  • Your satisfaction is our goal! 
  • If for any reason your not happy with your order you may return your item. 
  • Shipping expenses will be paid by the buyer. Please remember to return before 14 days of receiving the item.
